Educational positions open for Spring and Summer Programs:
Work with k-12 students in groups of 7 or less. Teach with the resources of a diversified farm that is adjacent to Golden Gate National Recreational Area. Credential are not necessary, however you must have a passion for your subject and find joy in leading students to the same passion. The successful candidate must be able to work in an environment of autonomy using pedagogy practices that are experiential in nature.

Devil's Gulch Ranch is looking for people,18 years and up who are interested in learning by doing, mastering, and then teaching the skills and concepts associated with sustainable agriculture, traditional skills, and rural life.

Junior Staff:
These positions are for those youth ages 15 to 17 that are interested in agriculture, education, or traditional skills. Some may chose to apprentice under subject area specialists like in the blacksmith shop or in the rabbit barn. Others may chose to work with group leaders having more the traditional camp counselor. There is also the need for those that want to help with the background running of the camp, including administrative duties, maintenance, etc.
What is it Devil's Gulch Ranch?
Devil's Gulch Ranch is an interdisciplinary setting for agriculture production, education, demonstration, and research. Devil's Gulch Ranch is located on a 75 acre diversified working ranch (both horizontally and vertically integrated) which produces premium meats, vegetables, and wine grapes.
The ranch is located within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and is adjacent to Samuel Taylor State Park Devil's Gulch Ranch in California North Coast.
